Who it's for
Bobook Store Care fits you if:
- you run a small Shopify store (just you or a small team) that sells physical products;
- your business is based outside the EU (for example the US, UK, Canada or Australia). EU stores can join a later round;
- product descriptions, collection pages and SEO titles keep slipping down the to-do list;
- Google Merchant Center shows warnings or disapproved products and nobody has time to look;
- you'd rather hand it off than learn another tool.
It's not the right fit if you need theme or app development, a store migration, ads management, or guaranteed rankings.
What's included every month
- Product pages: clear descriptions and SEO titles/meta for up to 20 products.
- Collection pages: intro copy, meta and a sort/filter sanity check for up to 5 collections.
- Broken-listing fixes: missing images and alt text, broken links, sold-out products still promoted, variant and price typos.
- Google Merchant Center health: we check Diagnostics, fix what can be fixed from your Shopify product data, and flag anything that needs you.
- A "what changed" report: a short monthly summary of what we did, what we found, and what we suggest next.
What we don't promise
We promise the work above, done every month. We don't promise rankings, traffic or sales. Nobody honest can.
Pricing
$99 for your first month, then $199/month (USD).
- No setup fee, no contract.
- Cancel any time before your next charge from your billing page. You won't be charged again after you cancel.
- First-month guarantee: if you're not happy with the first month's work, tell us within 14 days of your first monthly report and we'll refund the $99.
- Available for merchants outside the EU for this test. Invoices are issued by Bobook Limited (Ireland). VAT is not charged because the customer is established outside the EU.

How it works
- Free store check (by email or a 15-minute call). We look at your store and tell you honestly whether Bobook Store Care is worth it for you.
- Subscribe. Pay $99 for the first month through Stripe's secure checkout.
- Give us access. You approve a collaborator request in your Shopify admin, limited to products, collections and online store pages. You never share your password.
- First month: cleanup. We take a snapshot of where things stand, then work through the biggest issues. You approve copy changes before they go live.
- Every month after: upkeep + report. We keep things in shape and send you a short "what changed" report.
FAQ
- Who does the work?
- A small team at Bobook (Dublin) using AI tools for drafting and checks. A person reviews everything before it goes live on your store, and you approve copy in the first month.
- Do I need to give you my password?
- No. You accept a Shopify collaborator request, which you can limit and remove at any time. For Merchant Center, you add us as a user.
- Will you change my prices or theme?
- No. We don't touch prices, theme code or apps unless you ask, and theme/app work isn't part of Bobook Store Care.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing link in your receipt email (Stripe's customer portal), or by replying to any email from us. Cancelling stops the next charge, and we remove our access the same day your plan ends.
- What if I'm not happy with the first month?
- Tell us within 14 days of your first monthly report and we'll refund the $99.
- Is $199/month worth it?
- It depends on your store. That's why we start with a free check and a $99 first month. If it isn't worth it for you, cancel before the next charge.
- Do you guarantee more sales or better Google rankings?
- No. We guarantee the work and the monthly report. Better product data usually helps, but we won't promise numbers.
- Can stores in the EU sign up?
- Not in this round. This test is available for merchants outside the EU. If you're in the EU, leave your email and we'll write when we open to EU stores.
- Is this a Shopify service?
- No. Bobook Store Care is an independent service by Bobook Limited and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.
